The airline industry is one of the worst hit sectors due to COVID19. I worked at WNS for an international airline but still company promised us job security and pay even when we were non productive.

The company did change our process after lockdown ended. Never the less we got to keep our job.

Work pressures are ok ok. A month in a whole year is what would be high pressure enviroment. Otherwise it's chill Job security is very high but problem with that is that even those not performing keep sailing thus making me feel performance is not very valued

Salary is quite low. There is hardly any skill development from the company.. its like throw them in the water and hope they swim. So all skill development will come if you take initiatives

False promises, wrong hiring, leadership not keeping their commitments and retaining stating that they will match salary and never matching it once you take back papers.

Salary on time and one side cab drop

Dislikes

One side cab drop, not much salary, penny appraisals, less opportunity for promotions instead they do designation change so they don't have to increase salary, no meal or meal voucher.
