Plz do not join this company, very pathetic management, starting from HR team to every other department they are not supportive at all, During the salary discussion the HR will downgrade your salary and if you protest they taunt you. If you join certain team, the VP are really horrible, you need to work 9 hours plus additional 6 hours because VP asked the Team to work, There are hardly few projects which has managers who support you and help you, most of the other departments are all the same, internal politics, no work life balance, no hike, no appraisal, review discussion are a joke here.

...ry. The blame to us ,even there is no fault,they just scared to face the truth . And it effects in our ratings and incentives, Forget about incentives for a while(as if they provide more salary) , the main thing they won’t trust the analyst (employee) ,and they ask for proof. This is the worst thing in this company.

Not much scope to move out of your current role. Not to mention the 3 month bond. Onsite opportunities are there but the pay makes it a lacking experiance

Nothing to like about except for the fact that there is good job security. I have never heard of a case where you'd be fired.

... bad. There is no growth since promotions are held back for as long as possible. Technically, it's not even a promotion, but just a redesignation without real increase in salary. Leaves are a big issue since you have to plan your leaves a month in advance and sick leaves are severely penalized.
