The management is not too friendly and they would pressurise us to make sales. The salary was but less.

I never got any job satisfaction in this company. Apart from having some good colleagues this company is corrupted.

This company doesn't provide salary on time. Incentive is too low and target is too high. Work load is high and couldn't balance my personal and professional life. This company doesn't provide you anything for satisfaction and motivation. This company only needs revenue without giving anything to the employers. I have been working here for last 1.5 years and I was the best performer in my campaign but it doesn't give you money, incentive, paid leave or anything which requires to motivate me. Not even a but of appreciation. Too much politics going on.

As an employee one will have to work under tremendous pressure. The salary will never be credited before 12, 15, or sometimes 17th of a month. Although during the joining they will say salary will be credited within 8 to 10th. Most importantly one should never expect any appraisal even after completing 1 year with them. Although they will tell during the joining that the salary will be reviewed after 6 months of your joining. Bottom line is this is a small sales based company, and with 6 days working in such a pathetic place like Topsia, makes it horrible for any employee.

Not worth being called an organization. It doesnt have ample funds to pay salaries to employees. In case of any new hiring the Director HR proudly gives a hike of INR 5.....wot else can be said...

First of all, it is not a company rather it is a babu company. Why because there is no fixed date of salary. Only one man decides when and which date to give the salary. So it is a babu company. Most processes are scam processes. So you would be a part of a scam if you join this company. I worked there for nearly one month and half but I didn't get the salary. Now the choice is yours.
