...eir job properly. But it is Startek and it's completely opposite of what it was. You will be asked for doing paid ot but they won't pay you, they would deduct your money in the name of short login hrs which is false. Tls, manager, all are not helpful. They don't deserve hard working employees.

only liked the “pay” part, though being an WFH employee, the salary was fine

it’s not easy to work for AEGIS because of the toxic environment, the management is worst, they can’t handle a low pressure and it’s an overreacting management. the best word suits the company, they put too much pressure on associates, it was not a 9hrs WFH shift, they try to spoil almost 10-11hrs on a daily of your’s even though if you’re an WFH employee….. job security term doesn’t have any meaning in their dictionary and you might even have to take sleeping pills because of mental stress

...high authorities the managers will blame us for this and we will loose our job . They will provide us very less salary and we will have to do the work of double the salary. There is no work life balance in the company,they will ask you to streach after the shift on a regular basis . MOST THIRD CLASS COMPANY. Never join in startek .
