You will join a fresher in wipro. No, variable pay do not expect variable pay when you will get promotion wait until. Hikes also very less. No free for Gym and free food, team outing.

Very poor compensation policy for existing employees, no growth in salary, designation. If You check designation wise working experience is very bad. No proper salary hike and no proper designation.
