...'t have any value outside. Slowly they will remove all the benefits once joined. They will locate you forcefully in one location and asks you to attend classes at other location without any compensation, allowances etc. They will not relocate you even if you will be dying due to this. Wipro deals only with Business, no social security of Employees. They will say "Unyielding Integrity", but I ask them to remove this tagline. No free transport. Cafeteria food is worst. Work from home a day in a week. No free food.

I worked here 4 yrs they won't core first day to.last day my salary was same 15 k All things politics good for 1 yr worst company they won't understand promt employes concerns they use like sugar cane once juice comes they throw back like dustbin

Excellente place to learn, But salary wise not good. Story of all IT compaines. For external employees they are ready to spend more but for internal employees they dont consider the salary hike as per industry standars.

If you start your career as partner employee then you can only dream get salary hike as per industry standards.

...od for permanent employee & for contract employees they will continue work work work , their is no salary increment for contract employees , if u go higher position in Mysore Wipro u have to put full of bucket with managers for contract employees managers are treating like poor .
