...hinking the Wipro brand . HR are very worst. They are don't care of employees..! No hike no appraisal , no bonus, no work culture. When came time of appraisal or veriable Wipro always in loss . But other time Wipro always in profit. They can donate lots of money but they can't spend money on own employees how earn the money actually.

Only one thing, salary credited in time. Whatever your chillar salary is.

Everything is worst, no work culture, no management, no respect, not a proper salary and they don't even follow your salary structure they will credit your at their on way, no behaviour, no learning, no developments nothing... Total waste.

It's been approximately 2 years now and I did not get the salary hike,they have given stupid reason for it.Also limited support in this PAN India project. Managers delibretely harassing to perticular location engineers.It's been mental torture since joined.No action taken for any complaint.

Dislikes

Huge salary deduction, no job security, no basic facilities provided on client side office like internet. Laptop provided by Wipro was not having basic softwares like ms office n others, complicated approval procedures for each tasks. Arrogant and unsupportive HR

Wipro provide multiple training, that is only good thing I liked.

Dislikes

No salary hike, pramotion/good appraisal for employees who worked more than 4 years. Unable to balance work and personal life due to more pressure from client/ manager side.
