Management are not the upto the mark however as this big MNC you have to accept few things there is nothing perfect or permanent.

Either you work in wipro 1year or 4 year no salary hike,if you raise your voice for your salary hike. You are going out from wipro what wipro managers will say. Very difficult to work in such kinds of places.

When it comes to work life balance and work pressure it ultimately depends on which project you are getting allocated to. Some of the times it felt a greater pressure in the work but that again depends how you manage your priorities. To get promotion it's really not needed to qualify Trendnxt exams is what I feel.This was the only negative experience I had.
