Bad work life balance. Calls to work from office during cyclone Pay is less and so many deductions after salary Promotions are fake, only known people get opportunity. Job security is only good if you're hard working. No cabs 2 way unless you wait 12 hours. Has bad softwares which track you and does not let you go out of your seat. Rude behaving senior level managers who will ask about your personal life and have no shame bashing you. Don't join wipro that's all. If you join you can't leave. 60-90days notice period without any buyout strict policy.

Culture of Wipro is best than any other company...it gives you relaxation...U spend your time as you wish in a campus..no one going to disturb u.... And also there is no one force you to work more or more than shift timing...if you want thn you can otherwise no issue there... expect sometimes if there is any business requirements then everyone extends their shift.

I guess the main thing for which we all work is the Salary or hike... There is no way to grow here expect for some people..though you work hard.. No one ia there to teach you or told you what should we done for carrier growing etc etc.. Thery only say..."you guys are contact me when needed"" but never helps att all

They are looting employees salary and paying 10-12 k . They are the vendor of google and their company pays like slum workers to employees while cognizant pays 30-40K for employees in same vendor building who are working in other floor.

Work culture, TL/ SME/ HR inappropriate behaviour, partiality, unethically work done salary issue, no increment/hike, cannot provide work within shift hours and mostly have to work after shift hour
