I worked for almost 6 years on same salary package, got 1 appraisal after 4 years, after contract completion and then again didn’t get any appraisal or salary hike for almost another 2 years, when i was serving notice period just to make me feel that they are doing efforts, they ask me to accept promotion without any salary hike. They are just giving me band progression. Those were my 5+ years wasted without any salary increment or knowledge gain. I cleared AZ-900 during that period but still i was getting hardware related tickets only so there was no opportunity for knowledge progress as well.

They provide low salary for freshers and considerably low job security.

They have provided the laptop for WFH.

Cost cutting, doesnt pay to the employee as they deserve. Ther are deducting the shift bonas due to covid19 pendemic however we are working as usual like a normal day.

The work culture,the work life balance were really good. I also got few opportunities to work in different roles. So changing current role was easy.

Dislikes

I disliked that they paid me very less. Infact even the salary hikes were limited. Even after doing a tremendous amount of hardwork the managers just gave a 3/5 rating. Which makes the increment not more than 10 percent.
