Team mates and project manager is good and supportive. I have some issues at home medically also 1 year baby but still I am able to manage the work. Its because of the team we have.

The only thing I dislike is we dont have good salary benefits here. Apart from this everything is ok.

... give multiple rounds of interviews still we will get opportunity or not sure. Less In hand salary, lot of deductions. Project opportunities are very less. I won't recommended to join anybody here.

...projects then you situation is like hell. many partialities between the domains. no hike no promotions

Work-life balance if you are good at managing. Job security. Good workplace but depends on the accounts and projects we are working in.

...second of every minute about your worth and about your work. Hikes are very low. I have seen cases where people have got 2% hikes also for an average appraisal even when their package is around 5LPA. Appraisals are v.bad. even when you work day and night, they need customer mails and appreciation proofs to give you even a 4 rating out of 5.
