Salary is being provided based on market value not based on the talent, skill, hard and smart work. I really felt bad working in Wipro due to unexpected evaluation processes. Need to focus driving on implemented policies instead of implementing new.

Good place to work. People work for Managers. Not Companies. Wipro focuses on Managing n meentoring employees the right way.

...ertice and tenurity in the organization therefore growth opportunities are less. Pay is average.

Work-life balance if you are good at managing. Job security. Good workplace but depends on the accounts and projects we are working in.

Dislikes

...second of every minute about your worth and about your work. Hikes are very low. I have seen cases where people have got 2% hikes also for an average appraisal even when their package is around 5LPA. Appraisals are v.bad. even when you work day and night, they need customer mails and appreciation proofs to give you even a 4 rating out of 5.

Big Campus, Multiple opportunities due to being MNC

Job/ QPLC/ Bonus uncertainty, No career growth except tall promises, no financial increments except after Covid attrition. After resignation, they didn't paid my bonus while I met the criteria of it and it used to be paid everyone. Even Full and final settlement was delayed for more than 2+ months due to some upgrade.
