New manager Team lead, who don't even know how to handle a team No opportunity No salary hike Micro management No leaves even if there is an emergency No point of contact Worst and mainly no hr is available if you have any concerns Everyone is playing politics and the upper management is there to save Manager who is working under them Not at all a employee centric organization Infact the client was much more better that Wipro management Nobody will guide you about the procedure of growth opportunities within wipro

Nothing because management works as dictatorship over there.. Will stand on your head and ask you to work staying all night alone in office. Cox other shift members are working in day shift

Too much pressure and dictatorship by management where they'll cut your salary without valid justification stating business loss

Only the good thing is it has many good projects and they give u the preference location also.

As never join after bsc or bca bcz salary will not increase may be u will not get good projects mostly support side they will push you

Work load totally depends on which team you'll join, manageable for some team for other it could be a nightmare. you have to work over time without any monetary benefit.

No work life balance they ask you to work for extra hours Salary and other benefits is poor

Less salary at long time period. The project Supervisor is disgusting and the way he talk is very angry and blackmailing you if tou have any concerns. But my Project manager is too good as opposite to my Supervisor.
