Wipro being my first company is very close to my heart and very very special . Anyone who wants to start his/her career in IT , Wipro would be the best company as it's WASE/WISTA/WIIMS programs offers higher degrees education to freshers from well reputed Universities. It also offers employees to learn new skills and grow as per their interests . Overall Work culture is good in wipro. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
