I like the Infrastructure and Compensation in Wipro. I like the Interview selection process in Wipro.

Dislikes

I will never recommend Wipro to anyone as I had worst experience within 3 months of joining. They did not allocate the project as per my skills and expertise and they compelled me to accept the project work. I resigned in 3 months.

Likes

Respectful collegues and empathy. Good office space and internal systems. IT department is good but can be better.

Dislikes

Poor salary hikes and compensation. Promotions are given to those who have connections or were able to manipulate management. Company hires people at high positions from outside who are mostly worthless and can't improve numbers. Own trusted employees are always put on back seat and they end up leaving after doing great work.

Work culture is good, employee friendly, each individual is respected and treated well.

Dislikes

Huge 27% of variable pay in total ctc, did not receive quarterly payment for 1 quarter in last year due to company s overall performance. This quarterly variable pay is paid 2 months after quarter end. Annual appraisal and salary increment does not go hand in hand there is gap of 6 month between them. Annual hike is not in line with inflation rate for average rating. It is very less. There is no clear visibility in many HR policies.

This company doesn't care about long serving employees. Do not increase compensation for old employees, and when employees leave then they will bring new employees by paying double compensation. HR is not active at all.

No support for new employees, hire to put people on bench, no senior supports team members, lot of politics, senior people enjoying big salary and putting new people in PIP and without project to get terminated....never join this company
