Dislikes

Salary, hike and bonus are major missing in Wipro, seems they don't value the employee. Even when an employee is dropping they papers who has good knowledge and who got more appreciation from client side. They won't come up to retain a resource, even they don't try to do so.

Wipro is especially good place for female emoloyees as here we are having day care to look after employees kids. It's a good initiative by Wipro. It makes employee to concentrate on their work peacefully. Besides organization provides platform to learn many new technologies so that one can improvise themselves in career.

Dislikes

Working hours is high. Also I have to travel for a long distance. They have reduced cab for the sake of cost cutting.

It provides immense career and growth opportunities for those who are willing to learn. You I'll be a star if you keep proving your worth.

...cale does not increase easily as per experience if you stay in the same company. You have to prove really hard to get a small salary increase.

Bus fare is little high and its not at all deserve to pay that amount for people who travels within 15km and these drivers are very strict on their duty they wont pick/drop empoyees other than the nodle point even when its emergency or we come late.. some times they even leave the employees as we didnot reach the point at time.

Work culture -Spirit of wipro is followed and inculcated in all the employees. Great opportunities provided to Wasians and Wistaites to work and learn and also pursue their PG degrees from VIT Vellore and Bits Pilani.

Dislikes

No fair promotion opportunities, Granting salary hike is biased from practice. Promotions are not based on work in project but rather based on practice contributions and on the "will" of higher managers working in practice.
