You will join a fresher in wipro. No, variable pay do not expect variable pay when you will get promotion wait until. Hikes also very less. No free for Gym and free food, team outing.

I like the environment in Wipro really I never seen this to any other company. Job security is an important thing in this office.

One way cab facility is a big disappointment for the employees. Earlier stage it's been two way due to some cost cutting it's been changed one-way

Wipro is very good company for learning and growing in career but there no hike in promotions and Annual appraisals expect 1000 or 1500 more that is a good company Cab will be definitely delay in drop schedules

Wipro teammates are humanity persons, they gave good training to me,job security is good, they support career growth also,travel is good,learning is good, work environment is excellent, innovation of work they will support to updated in process.

Salary packages they need to increased the experienced Wipro employees, appraisals are very less compared to other companies, work life balance is very difficult because working hours is 10 hours for employees, most of the employees are coming from Chennai ambattur, choolaimedu, royapettah, mount road, egmore, anna nagar, MMDA, poonamallee, etc.. these places are very long distance from home to shozhiganallur Wipro office. So please try to reduce the employees working hours...

Employee benefits but specific project management interfere ln it.

...every steps they interfare and ruin you work balance. No promotion no Increment. Management try to reduce your salary. You can see you package will increase but reduce you in hand salary. Any time management fire you without any reason when they need to reduce FT.
