I can't expect a better organization then wipro to start my career. A company which runs on values more than money.

I personally belive and my circle of employees feel our career grown is too slow and salary packages and increments are also low compared to other competitors.

...y members together..... Overall I am happy.... My work place carillion process. carrier, salary, appraisal this is best place to work Wipro.... I resigned my job 2018 Jan because I am pregnant My health is not support to work I have some problem that's why I resigned my job... I feel still also sad I missed my company WIPRO........

When I will joined traveling is 2 way cab after few months they cut 1 way cab that only I am Disappointed.....

The environment is really osm. We don't get like this organisation anywhere. Even after I left Wipro I really felt sad , when I go for new office and the environment. 90% organisation only have floors. But Wipro is quite opposite , we have some time for relaxing in lawn, pond , basket ball court , volley ball court etc . Work is first but entertainment also needed to work better in BPO

Now it became one way cab, so I don't like this, it's like cutting employees benifits and cost cutting
