Everything related to HR is automated where there is no need for emails instead it is replaced with apps which makes easy to get things done.

Dislikes

... deducted from salary. No clarity on when you will get hike and what percentage. Variable pay is like nightmare where you will not understand the logic and rarely you get 100%. Overall it is clients friendly organization and not employee friendly organization.

From my perspective, it's good at Work satisfaction, work life balance, learning and development, Job Security, Benefits.

Dislikes

Maybe in terms of Salary in few cases (specifically if you're not in WT - IT), promotion is not that easy.

1. No salary increments 2. Getting progression is getting CEO job 3. No importance to seniors unlike other companies 4. Only 8 days of leave we carry forward every year. If you work for 10 years maximum leave I can accumulate is only 30 days. God only knows the calculations 4 Qplc u cannot depend. For seniors it is like one month salary.

If you work upto the expectations level your jobs will be safe,work culture depends upon the client. Company policies they take good care for employees less than 7 years

Wipro never cares on senior resource and they take it grant for senior resource and least bothered on paying compensation . But they are bothered about the less experienced people's only

You always have surplus of opportunities. Be it Onsite or Offshore. Your growth is so good if you are in top 2 grades of performance. Skill development and learning is good, you have a huge organisation learning and development.

Dislikes

Compensation and Other benefits are not up to the par.
