I like the Infrastructure and Compensation in Wipro. I like the Interview selection process in Wipro.

Dislikes

I will never recommend Wipro to anyone as I had worst experience within 3 months of joining. They did not allocate the project as per my skills and expertise and they compelled me to accept the project work. I resigned in 3 months.

I love working with Wipro, as it provides many opportunities to enhance skills and encourages learning new ones

Dislikes

In Wipro, there are a lot of salary deductions, and the appraisal percentages are not very high, even for hard-working employees. This is the main reason for leaving Wipro, although the working culture is fabulous. If we want to lead a fulfilling life, financial growth is essential, and that’s the only reason for leaving Wipro

Ample opportunities, undersranding but some times troubling colleafues, challenging projects. I got opportunity to work for different projects and learn lot. One of the best org to cross/upskill employees

No promotion Ok ok salary hikes High expectations in terms of skills, work duratuon Traveling to office 3 days

Paying variable pay on quarterly basis , Up Skilling on latest technologies and training employees on Gen AI.

Dislikes

Wipro talks lot about there 5 habits but I don’t see that at ground level and old employees without proper skill set but just serving in the company for there experience

Wipro ensures timely salary disbursements every month and has a smooth leave management process without any issues.

Wipro's appraisal process could be improved, and work-life balance can sometimes be challenging
