The opportunity for work and enabling the employees for various trainings and upskilling is very good.

While people coming outside as lateral entry getting good package and salaries, old employees are not getting good enough Remuneration. High time to do the salary restructuring, atleast for the old and experienced employees

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestion most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me to have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes.

... career growth after BCA, BSc don't come here at all as Wase Wims scholar They are sucking blood out of you in low salary with no promotion with 5 years of band And after completing 5 years no skills no outside jobs outside you will be stuck here for lifetime

...ainance for lifts. Not a single thing in this company make you motivate to work. HR tells you whatever salary we will provide you will have to take at HR round. No negotiation. They don't even offer better salary for critical process.

Nothing is good here. No work life balance. Management is worst

...hike and if you will ask they will put you on bench saying project budget issue. Only 45 days paid bench period and then complete loss of pay.
