If no project for company they won't pay you after 45 days which is very very bad.if company don't have project why they recruit and later ask you to leave? Never expected this from mnc like wipro.its not mentioned during hiring also.they introduce this type of lame policy after I joined and say it's company policy

Work life balance is good. Work completely depends on the project

Bench policy is worst. If you dont get project, after 45 days you will be on loss of pay. Very worst policy for an MNC of this scale. Not getting project is not employees mistake. But employees are punished

...n for work life balance as i experience in my process. Job security is the best. Fair salary growth per year and if you are honest with your work then wipro will love to hire you but your ride will be roller coaster.

Manager under manager so your performance is based on your immediate manager ratings and if he is not honest then your career is put on hold.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign on the job training is not given to new joiners

...ply terminate you without listening and understanding your concerns or requests. Recently there is a LOP (loss-of-pay) policy which treats employees very bad and even though there is lack of projects for lower band people, HR will not listen your request and simply ignore us. There is nothing like career growth at Wipro. Not at all recommended for freshers especially who aspire to grow more and wants to get good hike and package.
