Dislikes

There are various things I dislike: Career growth, salary and appraisal, very few good opportunities for freshers - they just put you into the project and don't even consider your interests, most of the managers don't have technical knowledge and almost all of them are very arrogant.

Not appreciated in any sense. No good salary hike no promotion, the senior managers doesn't even take interest in any proposals. All they care about is filling time sheet.

Everything that one can think off.

Likes

Wipro is good in job security and work culture.If you get a good project then the learning curve will be enormous. Work life balance is good ,which actually depends on the project. You can learn and scale up in technology.

Dislikes

Salary increments are flat. Progression hikes are also average compared to the market.
