Dislikes

Company has a very bad work culture. Poor Management, Less salary, No hikes. They are biased towards toxic people. No growth. Overall if I had less than one star I would have given that.

There are various things I dislike: Career growth, salary and appraisal, very few good opportunities for freshers - they just put you into the project and don't even consider your interests, most of the managers don't have technical knowledge and almost all of them are very arrogant.

Wipro is good in job security and work culture.If you get a good project then the learning curve will be enormous. Work life balance is good ,which actually depends on the project. You can learn and scale up in technology.
