Company is good when it comes to job security. Compensation for IT certificates is provided by the organisation. Work load varies from project to project.

Dislikes

HR policies are not good. 10 hours of work, 5 days a week. Compensation for night allowances is very less. Yearly allocated leaves are very less then my previous organisation.

Employees compensation is very bad. Try to deduct every little amount and will not miss this in terms of financials. The way HRs convey is difficult to digest.

No learning Expectations high but client is not focused. Client will say Humans are having 4 hands , managers will push the same int us Max we won't get much support from management end..

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and Chilling. Company policies are good, Good chance to make it to onsite with 2-3 years in Wipro wrt Designation

Salary is decent,No Game zone. Time in campus

...pany as i got project i had better opportunities, skills and technology as well. but most of the employees i saw are frustred and are not doing anything or are on loss of pay due to know work. so if you are getting any work. work passionately and be honest woth your job.
