Nothing, worked 7 years under a manager with no promotion no growth no salary hike , even though generated so much revenue for account with handling 15 member team for 4 years.. finally they say good bye..better know when to quit, hard work intelligence doesn't matter always

It's a toxic work culture where people are promoted based on their region , language, my north indian manager promoted couple of guys from his hometown and even got them H1B , I140 approval , while the hardworking and talented individuals from south continue to keep working and are rarely considered...keep pushing your manager for something after so many years in the account, all you will get is a rotation policy based release from account...learn how to hold a bucket else you will get lost in this vast and corrupt corporate world..

...ope of growth. Getting promotion is very hard here even if you do excellent job. Hike percentage is very very low and you get stuck with same range of salary if you don't switch.

Resource Managament, Work Life Balance, Hike, Salary, Underpaid Employees. They exhaust their employees till they don't die or leave their organization. They don't recognize the best talents in their organization. No rewards, No recognitions, no hikes, no promotions. terrible. Wipro only focus on hiring BCA, BSc and Diploma students by just paying them the stipend Rs. 10000 per month and they have a 5 years of bond. If they want to leave the organization before 5 years, they will have to pay to their organization. Once their bond gets completed, the management people throw them on Bench and don't give projects. Employees are following up with WMG for Projects but they are not responding, sometimes they will tell they don't have openings. And after 45 days on Bench, they will put their employees on Loss of Pay. And they hire new students bcoz they don't want to afford an employees by paying them extra. They can bring 5 students in project in place of 1 employee. My genuine suggestion is for those who wants to start their career after their Graduation, Join Product Based Company rather than joining Service Based Company. They have a great work culture.
