...how much it's right to terminate a employee for whom company was getting profit. I was ready for salary deduction also. But now from last 2 month struggling for a job. Even I am not able to support my family. It's really a hard time. I might have switch to other company before 1 year. The managers keep saying we are converting you to permanent position. So I kept working for Wipro. Now in the mid of may they said 3rd June is your last working day. Seriously.. it's was a very thought time. Even the manager was satisfied with my work and client was also happy with my work. How much it is justified to terminate a employee in this covid situation.

Lost my job after lot of commitments from the managers to make me permanent from last 1.5 years. Even my client RBS was satisfied for my work.

Job security is better other companies. They don’t work on hire and fire basis.

If wipro is your first company, it is very difficult to get a competitive salary after 3-4 years or after that. Promotion is also very difficult to get. Even for laterals, they don’t get hikes once they hired( or it is too less)

Employees compensation is very bad. Try to deduct every little amount and will not miss this in terms of financials. The way HRs convey is difficult to digest.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .

Other than salary and appraisal.. you will like the culture .

If you stay long in this company , you will be taken as granted . No hike , no promotion pathetic HR policy . It’s been 13 year with Wipro .
