I am happy to work in WIPRO. Due to this pandemic situation, we started supporting from home. Intially we thought there may be a fall in productivity as the people may not work as before in office, but we have increased our productivity and moreover we are getting a good support from team and irrespective of their shifts, people are supporting to their customers. Wipro is doing good hope to continue the same.

Nothing is here. No leaves, No salary increment weather your work 5 or 10 years it does not matter. Totally Boat licking & bread butter process for employees. Everything is for manager from B2 level. Everything is in there hand if they want to treat you well or not. You have to become pet anyhow still that have nothing to give you just sympathy empathy. Still they say there is IC role which is individual contributor role. There is no one to look what manager does. If you want to join wipro please become from B2 level nothing less. Thank you

...u to handle team citing your experience and make you to work for 20 hours a day. Even people with higher career band who are having more salary as that of you will be working under you as Individual Contributers and enjoying their life while you will be working day and night.

Worklife balance is better in Wipro not like other service line companies

Salary revisions, how hard you work doesn’t matter if you join from a low payed organization you will never match with industrial staandards. I am working for the 4th year now as per industrial standards the wage is way more than double of what I am getting.(Though I am a critical resource for the project). Requested multiple time for a salary standardisation nothing works do switch that is the only option .
