... in comparison to someone who got average rating. They are promoting mediocrity. Employee dissatisfaction is of no consequence, under the pretence of cost cutting, they will get rid of entire job functions, but magically they have the buffer to hire more and more Directors and VP, whose compensation is by no means a joke. Their strategy to evolve has fell flat on its face. The stock is tanking, customers are unhappy, their own staff is unhappy but somehow when we join Town Halls everyone and everything is just doing awesome, some propaganda this is. The problem is systemic and at this point has metastasised. First step to solving any problem is to acknowledge that there is one. Introspection is required from all grades above 13, if so many people are having issues and escalating then maybe there is some merit to it. There is an exodus in play in terms of talent leaving the organisation. Feel sorry for this brand who was once the most sought after job provider in the market. 0/10 would not recommend to join here. There are better ways to sabotage your own career, don't consider this one as an option.

Politics and incompetent managers Managers have no clue or interest in the work you do or skillset you have untill their senior pokes their tummy. Company is shifting from product based to more of a service based mindset. Disappointed

Overall company is very good to work with but personally it depends on individual whether they have work which they would feel excited to continue. Flexibility work wise Cab facility is good No work pressure

Salary is below market standards My experience, work speed is too slow Too much flexibility in work which will consume morning and late evening time Bonus is not paid 100 % Lack of clarity on roadmap

1. Company Policies are introduced more against the employees 2. Frequent layoffs are going on - Cost Cutting 3. No work life balance - Late night meetings 4. Very bad appraisals 5. Hybrid work mode soon will be removed and permanent WFO to come

Job Security is topmost and best, work culture is good in terms of a product company setup, management is transparent, policies of the Company are also good. Salary in hand is less compared to other companies outside, and tech stack does not change much often for those who want to experiment with tech , Excellent medical coverage

Dislikes

Salary structure, Variable payouts are never at 100% but comprise a lot of the CTC, Gratuity is included in CTC which leads to more less in-hand salary
