Work wise there is nothing to learn they have seperated each and every process into small parts that's where it has failed just there is only copy pasting thing nothing to learn if freshers join here they can spoil their career.

Infrastructure Cab facility Quarterly team dinners If you want to sit with routine work with minimal hikes. Then comfortably you guys can survive for a long time in this company.

... in banking operations. Hr and Er will always supportive to internal management. Major drawback that your monthly pay will not match with your CTC because they will add shift allowances bracket which is useless for us, when we are going for other companies. Your promotional hikes or year end hikes will not match with the current inflation.

Lack of relevant work. Nothing to learn and grow for data scientist. Good for people planning for retirement. Non adaptable to new technologies. Office politics can be sensed from day 1. Too much restrictions, High level of micro management.

Banking Industry Knowledge, Work Life Balance in some projects, Good Compensation, Giving back to community.

Dislikes

No employee benefits, zero tax saving benefits. sleuth and govt office like processes, even you have to wait for a week to install a software in your machine. No Work from home outside Hyderabad. Managers behave like mid school principals.

The only good thing about Wells is that they will give you a little extra salary than others so that when you think about leaving you don't get better hike or salary.

Dislikes

It all started with a lie. The HR lied about the salary, the leaders lie about ratings and give promotion to their favorites. Favoritism is on a high in Wells. There is nothing ethical in Wells, everything is a lie. If you can keep buttering you leaders you will be promoted.
