It was very good 10 yrs back when I joined. Flexible timings, job security and good hikes

...proper exposure to new technologies. Will be be stuck working on legacy systems. No Primotions, no hike, too much of micro management

Work life balance so far is good , compensation is descent .

Dislikes

Company’s culture is inclining towards service company . Policies are getting changed but just to benefit company and cost cutting . Employees were treated well there were Gallop surveys but they removed it , employee feedback doesn’t matter anymore .

Dislikes

There is absolutely no job security like in TCS, infosys or even in companies like Accenture, employees have some resistance to lay off. But in company like wells Fargo, there is 0 job security. Employees who joined were put into PIP and removed the same year they joined. Please do not join wells if you looking for job security. They will intentionally put resources in bad rating.

Policies are far better than any other companies night sift allowance is also better. Leaves are also good.

...ife balance senior management can call you any time and ask for update and data.no salary hike for employees who are working everyday. One employee get consistently exceed for last 3 years still not promoted. If you want to take ijp and management know they will then make your life living hell

Few or No tax saving components in salary stack. Top management has some egotistic people who wants things to be only as per their liking. Deviate and you will be targeted on a daily basis. Micro management is rampant in the organisation barring a few teams. No flexibility with work timings. US partners are fine with employees leaving early if there is no work but indian managers are busy enforcing strict 9 hours online culture.
