Managers are more dependent on their team for taking decision in giving mid-year and year end ratings. No self or independent decision is taken here.

Lot of org changes inside the company. Good work env and supporting teammates. Big cafeteria and lot of events happen during Per-covid times.

Dislikes

No good salary hike.No work from Hometown during pandemic.I don’t understand the HR policy why employee needs to stay in Bangalore to Work from Home??Pre-Covid times —No flexibility to get WFH.

It a good company for long term, learning wise it's totally up to you, there are opportunities and with a bank culture technology wise it is not as per current market which is natural.. but overall culture and work life balance is pretty much good especially for women, company provides lot of benefits like long leave policy, work from home, free transport,free health checkups, .. there are many things which an individual can learn to enhance their banking domain knowledge , it conducts regular training to keep TEam memebers enhance their skills internal and external both, Company also promoted team members to pursue their career being in Wells Fargo.

No bonus till level 3 Politics which is also natural Little slow in terms of adapting new technology.

... will take care of manager family needs weird to say,but all the above are true.your salary hikes,promotions are totally in managers pets hand but not based on your performance. other than that,WELLSFARGO IS THE BEST.

Pathetic superiors who think themselves as God. Poor Salary hike and bossy culture. Even HR and ER have no impacts and are toothless wonders. Ever changing dynamics and poor team structure are additional burdens. No clear plans and career promotion guidelines.
