It a good company for long term, learning wise it's totally up to you, there are opportunities and with a bank culture technology wise it is not as per current market which is natural.. but overall culture and work life balance is pretty much good especially for women, company provides lot of benefits like long leave policy, work from home, free transport,free health checkups, .. there are many things which an individual can learn to enhance their banking domain knowledge , it conducts regular training to keep TEam memebers enhance their skills internal and external both, Company also promoted team members to pursue their career being in Wells Fargo.

No bonus till level 3 Politics which is also natural Little slow in terms of adapting new technology.

No Job security,They hire people and once job done they start targeting people and pressuriz to resign or they put you on PIP and they will make sure you not succeed after that they will fire you

While recruiting, they will not clearly explain all the requirements. After you join, they start saying rotational shift, No allowance for night shifts, You have to work outside your login hours to cover US meeting or urgent projects. They say CAB will be provided but it will be bus - point pickup, its the worst. It will pick you up so early and drop you 30 mins early before your shift starts. No allowance, no reimbursement of any sorts. After you join, Nobody cares. Nobody will introduce themselves or the project or the work. Everything is so robotic. Going from Tech to bank is so difficult.

Tech stack is very old. Politics at high level. Learning is very poor. Now a days cost cutting in all area. It was very good company few years back but it no more.

Except for the salary nothing i liked here, . people here too outdated and takes lot of time to do work and it's developer responsibility to make them work

Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properly and lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. If your getting interviewed and your manager name is Bhaskar please look for other job immediately my sincere request Don't say I can handle and come ... Later cry over things I am looking for new opportunity since only 9 months in the company not getting opportunities Do t stuck like me
