Pick and Drop. Compensation is okay, not too good, neither bad. One should really negotiate well before accepting the offer.

Dislikes

Bias managers, people like and promote 'yes boss' culture. No matter at what position you should know, how to butter effectively. 3 days work from office, might change to 4 days from next month. If you are not coming to office on your scheduled days, you should mark an absence for that day. Work isn't a priority, most of the management is only concerned with Who is in office, who isn't. The leadership team Vidya and Arindam keep sending rude emails to all India staff, threatening job loss, disciplinary action etc.

...nsfer is issue too No Welcome Gift, No other employee engagements programmes. Just Work, Take salary and keep your mouth shut.

They organise lot of events almost every month, leadership always update you and have all hand meets for that .. wfh is there but again depends on lead . No 9 hours policy , leaves are 27

No work , compensation is less , lot of restricted, they have 100 process and approvals for everything

hectic polictics in top managemnet. not transparent. only conatcts work. no worklife balance if you fall under some strict manager. some manager does not know anything . only servived because of their father. you will enjoy if you have any good contacts otherwise your job security is a matter of concern.
