Top management is hopeless here self centric people are sitting on top management they are only interested to please their bosses no matter how talented ur you need to work to fulfil ur boss's ego. HR exists only on paper, only on few email you will find them. If ur highly skilled this is not the place for you.

...hin organisation, I will give interview else where so my package also increases. My salary hike was informed, but the number informed to me is different from the one I got in paper 4% communicated as new joiner but got 3.4%. I was asked to attend another IJP and I was through, but asked to continue with same.

Company is completely looking cost cutting and starting basic cab facilities to providing basic benefits to employees, everything has been cutoff and there are always finding new wats to fire people. Ethics of Wells Fargo has been drastically gown down in the last few years.

Pick and Drop. Compensation is okay, not too good, neither bad. One should really negotiate well before accepting the offer.

Dislikes

Bias managers, people like and promote 'yes boss' culture. No matter at what position you should know, how to butter effectively. 3 days work from office, might change to 4 days from next month. If you are not coming to office on your scheduled days, you should mark an absence for that day. Work isn't a priority, most of the management is only concerned with Who is in office, who isn't. The leadership team Vidya and Arindam keep sending rude emails to all India staff, threatening job loss, disciplinary action etc.
