Never ever join the CSBB team. Arpita Chowdhury is a pain to work with. She is not qualified enough to be in this position. She is the work person you could ever report to in Wells Fargo India team. Arpita is extremely incapable of handling conflicts, resolving stakeholders issues. Highly under qualified and very cunning. She is always busy in pretending to be good in front of leaders rather than trying to develop the team in the right direction.

Wells Fargo gives you a work - life balance that is difficult to beat. The rating system is created such that it only flags those that are in need of improvement. Job security is excellent.

Lack of growth opportunities, below par compensation and very slow system.

Pathetic superiors who think themselves as God. Poor Salary hike and bossy culture. Even HR and ER have no impacts and are toothless wonders. Ever changing dynamics and poor team structure are additional burdens. No clear plans and career promotion guidelines.

Work wise there is nothing to learn they have seperated each and every process into small parts that's where it has failed just there is only copy pasting thing nothing to learn if freshers join here they can spoil their career.

Salary wise too low and management is not good here particiality is more.

No micromanagement, you can express your questions and concerns openly. People are always helpful. If you are interested you can learn new skills and use them in work. Management is supportive in skills development. Get benefits like 2 way transportation.

Pay is very high for new joiners and person who is working for 2-3 years left behind with very less salary. Promotions are very rare.
