I have couple questions and doubts that I wanted to clarify before joining Genpact
My in-hand as discussed in interview was 30k and I was told that it's only one side cab with no travel allowance and as I'm staying far from the office I will spend at least 4k in travel making my in-hand 26k which is only 4k more than my current jobs pays
Do Genpact also have incentives that could cover the travel fare and when doing night shift does they provide both side cab?
Please help me here π anyone

Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
