I have couple questions and doubts that I wanted to clarify before joining Genpact

My in-hand as discussed in interview was 30k and I was told that it's only one side cab with no travel allowance and as I'm staying far from the office I will spend at least 4k in travel making my in-hand 26k which is only 4k more than my current jobs pays Do Genpact also have incentives that could cover the travel fare and when doing night shift does they provide both side cab? Please help me here 🙏 anyone

Bhai, ₹4k extra toh khatam ho gaya travel mein. Is the growth opportunity worth it? 🤔 Kya soch rahe ho?

Night shift ke liye dono taraf cab milegi, but confirm kar lo HR se...Safety pe compromise mat karna.

Tough call, yaar...Current job mein growth kaisi hai? Agar achhi hai toh maybe rethink?

Incentives might not always be consistent, so plan your decision based on fixed income first. What’s your backup plan?

Ek baat batao, travel time kitna hoga daily? Waise ₹4k toh dinner bills jaise lag rahe hain.

Bro, Genpact ke HR se pakka confirm karo. Waise log bolte hain ki growth opportunities achhi hoti hain.

Incentives se travel kaafi cover ho sakta hai, but kya guarantee hai ki wo regular milenge?🤷‍♀️

They do provide both-side cab services for night shifts, at least in most locations. But the one-side cab thing for day shifts is standard. Maybe you can check with them if there's flexibility depending on your shift schedule?
