Tech stack is very old. Politics at high level. Learning is very poor. Now a days cost cutting in all area. It was very good company few years back but it no more.

Except for the salary nothing i liked here, . people here too outdated and takes lot of time to do work and it's developer responsibility to make them work

Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properly and lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. If your getting interviewed and your manager name is Bhaskar please look for other job immediately my sincere request Don't say I can handle and come ... Later cry over things I am looking for new opportunity since only 9 months in the company not getting opportunities Do t stuck like me

Now wellsfargo is ok cost cutting mode. As per the global survey wells listed top and one of the best companies but they started layoffs, downsized the benefits, micro monitoring and management has become so toxic.

Not much work, but this thing will ruin your career

... have removed all the QAs, but entire work in Wells Fargo is focused on testing.So, as a coder, you will also be doing testing only mostly then when time comes for cost-cutting, be ready to be kicked out. If you want to grow in your career and want to work on new technologies, stay away from this company, you will not learn new things and when you will be asked to leave, you’ll have hard time finding new job. Managers have no idea what is happening, why they are hired for and gets scared of their own job leading to blaming the team and some unlucky once suffers. Never join this company if you have any loans running, because you will be fired suddenly. I’ve seen people getting fired for performance issues after working in Wells Fargo for 9 years
