The team I work is for Ireland chat process which is pathetic. team leaders are not at all understanding and there is no work life balance. No professionalism at all. Worst environament I've ever seen. Never ever come for ireland chat process.

- Good place if you want to have *no work* kind of vibes. - Restrictions are comparatively low than other companies. - Micromanagement is minimal.

Dislikes

- Salary offered is pretty low. - Appraisals are poor. - If you get assigned into multi-national project, be prepared to face discrimination from on-site team members(especially UK based)

There is job security, management is good, there are enough leaves.

Annual salary hike should be higher as it motivates employees to work harder; You don't have much choice in shifting your job domain, so less growth; for example, I wanted to shift to N/w engg from app dev but no opportunity was given on request.

...es are transparent and management as well. Company environment is really loving. Appraisals are quite fair and bonus is really good. Overall a great learning experience and healthy work life balance.

There is lot to learn but can't implement learninngs, growth is slow.

Management takes care of employees, flexible working hours, lots of learnings, growth and technical exposure.
