Only 12 leaves/Year and that too with Leave Sandwiching so you can't take them in case a holiday lies in between or else leave will be deducted for those holidays too. HR don't give a shit unless you cc their seniors in mail, no organisation or responsibility at all They don't care about quality of work or client attitude as long as client pays, even giving escaled projects to Devs, clients with attitude issues or both. Learning is slow through project, you have to self learn

...not as per mentioned in offer/ joining letter. They will not respond your email. For salary (fnf), they will not proceed on time. Other points - Leave policy( that need to extend from 12 to 24) - Infrastructure need to improve - No Learning portal like Udemy

... good. Company policies of s little point of concern. Not much burden of work. They gives average salary hike. Now they provide WFH which also good. And more like: Shuttle service, Sports events, Annual party, Car Parking

Company infrastructure needs to improve more. Company leaves should increase upto 18 at least. Should provide Medical facility and also EPF facility for employees better future.

There is nothing that you can like about this company. If client is good and praises yours work and appraisal done directly by client then u can feel good here ..

...just not hygienic if u r running late better opt for Zomato or swiggy .. 3. Working hours : company think that we are bonded labour’s and they will deduct yours salary if you have hour or so less working hrs left in a month also they will deduct yours salary if have lil more break hours . Company never fails to say to client that employee will work at there real time ,however cafeteria is not operational 24*7 and pathetic thing is ac and lifts are also not functional 24*7.. but employee needs to come in dedicated shift time he /she can’t be late more 5 min 4. Leaves : there you get 12 leaves in a year and 8 holidays . Best part about this organisation if client ask to come you on holidays you have to be there and then keep on yelling for yours extra amount like a beggar . 5.hygiene factor : it’s scales 0 over here . Washrooms are like waiting for some magic to be clean , floor area where employee sits are cleaned once’s a week . Water from washroom tap can run out any time . Even tissues kept for cleaning hands are like punishment . During rainy season ceiling can drop water and dustbins will be kept on seat . 6. Work life : you can have broken leg , chicken pox , eye infection , typhoid , jaundice etc but yours idiot TL / Manager/Hr can ask you to report to work as you are dedicated to the client and clients work will be hampered. So , can get that there no work from home . Live or die come to workplace . 7. HR management: it’s good for nothing but if need some kind of a stress or hormonal imbalances please speak to these idiots ..
