No proper KT will be given Most of the people here are 10+ years experience and it’s first job they know the system very well, when outsider comes it’s so difficult to survive in this environment. Middle management are only worried about numbers.

...ut down paper. Then condition detoriated day by day. Got promotion in 1.5 yrs. Got good pay hikes. Leave policy is excellent. Upper management was supportive until I drop paper. Anyone who joins will really enjoy their time and efforts. This 1 rating is completely based on my exit

The management stopped caring after I dropped paper. My Manager said I cant even take single day off while on papers. As this is the policy of company where as the one left prior to me were given almost 1 month vacation in the two month notice period. The management did ask me to work from office while as per company policy we need to work 5 days in a month. I was bachelor and when asked to stay alone and go to office for 5 days that wasn't ideal and caused me few mental stress. Though the entire management wasn't available in office on quite a few occasion. On the days when we need to go to office few management favorites were given week offs on those days. Even they were given the shifts off their choices. Even if I have seen a lot of favoritism across the management. I didnt even got a closure meeting by leads and management while others got it. Their was on hr discussion as well. It is simply like when I left they made me feel like I wasn't even needed. Work from office policy was only for 5/15 employees rest all worked nicely from home. It got worse day by day. And I wish I had the gallup survey while i exited. I was initially based on Chennai and then moved to hyderabad. And while returning the equipments they asked me to go to chennai and return it. This again caused a lot of financial and mental stress. And at last the manager said don't call me if you face any issues and asked to call other manager of the team. Thats the tip of the ice-berg.

...nal job posting though performance of promoted resource is not upto the level. Last and final related to pay scale standards. HR department will say company will compensate their employees as per the benchmark standards, but those statements will not happen to the resources. I have an example in my team, we have resource of 5 years of experience in that he has more than 3 years experience in verizon itself he is earning around 11 lacs CTC and he is the best performer in the team but resource who got hired from the market with 2 years of experience and less grip in domain is awarded with 10.5 lacs LPA. Pathetic part is 5 years resource has to train the 2 years resource and train in him up to pace and its additional load for the 5 years resource. As soon as 5 years resource came to know that 2 years resource is getting paid similar to his pay. His performance is decreased and not shown interest towards the work. He started looking the opportunities , he cracked the opportunity in one of the MNC with 20 lakhs package. If verizon componestating there employees according to the benchmark standards. Why 5 years resource got an opportunity of 20 LPA ending up with imbalance in work life.
