...chnology and most portfolio companies are very small and have little revenue.
2. They offer high packages and a joining bonus so that you are tempted to join the company.
After joining they will show you hell. If you leave the company before two years they will take back the joining bonus.
3. Leave policy is the worst. Leaves are credited on a pro-rata basis and one sick leave for every two months.
4. There is no management hierarchy and everything is one man only for this company.
5. Too much of favoritism and politics.
6. No work from home. All 5 days in the office though they promise one day to work from home before joining.
7. Very small rented office. Number of employees working on actual software projects are about 50 only. The rest another 100+ are admin, operations, and finance.
8. Project deadlines are unrealistic and prepare to work late nights and weekends if you join.
9. No offer letter till you join and only one welcome letter is provided to offer employment which is of no use as no details will be provided in that letter including compensation.
10. Think many times before joining this company. If you fall for high package, prepare to see hell.
... take permission every single day even if I have to leave office 20 mins early.
If u call sick then gone loss of pay.
Regretting every moment after I joined vearc.
Culture is too poisonous.
Not for someone who is looking forward to grow or from reputed companies.
If no job I would recommend stay at home and learn or wait until better opportunities come. But joining Vearc is like punishment. Everyday hammering.
Either employee is sick, just parent, just married or whatever the reason no flexibility, No option to take leaves as only 1.5 is credited every month.
...lling our time
2) mid night calls and heavy workload. 3) bad work life balance.
4) no benefits apart from salary.
5) micro management.
6) Service based company.
7) poor leave policy.
8) inhumane culture.
...entary off.
But they will praise u orally for supporting.
No trust on employees.
No additional benefit apart from salary.
When fallen ill or during family emergency no support is provided, take leave or do loss of payment.
More time is spent by management on micromanagement.
Even if u need to go home 30 mins early, u must take lead permission.
Extreme level of micromanagement.
No basic term life benefits or parental.
Poor leave policy.
Salary hikes are not good, in the beginning they were , now once they hired lot of people hikes are below standards.
Recruiters from supporting agencies like quadrangle only lie about the company and annoy with extreme follow ups so that they get the money
The salary hikes are minimal, and the work environment is akin to a school, requiring permission for short breaks. The extreme micromanagement is stressful, and there are very few leaves. Basic insurance, tax-saving options, cab services, and medical facilities are all lacking. Broadband bills are not reimbursed. Labor department, please help. This is the most hostile work environment I have encountered.
Women are not treated well here, with extended hours, weekend work, and frequent midnight calls.
