Even if u need to go home 30 mins early, u must take lead permission. Extreme level of micromanagement. No basic term life benefits or parental. Poor leave policy. Salary hikes are not good, in the beginning they were , now once they hired lot of people hikes are below standards. Recruiters from supporting agencies like quadrangle only lie about the company and annoy with extreme follow ups so that they get the money

...to come to office. Even if you have critical condition you must come to office. No benefits apart from the salary Hikes are not upto the mark Working time is from 11 to 9 pm And need to attend midnight calls as well. Management is forcing employees to give good rating on glassdoor HRs only lie about the company None of the employees voice are heard Most of the workforce here are were laid off by some other company and hence they are here. People with no other choice can join this company.
