Seniors behaviour is rediculous they always harass they create dramas and not wanted you to focus on your goal sheet They are very hard to handle

Let sitting in the Branch everyday I left branch almost 11PM in the night, and no holiday(on festivals also), no work life balance, reporting manager is not supportive .

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good appraisal are good and they give good salary and incentive according to monthly bussiness.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Old school, low priority on employees experience, low employees benefits like free meal and goodies, lack of process driven culture, strict working hours and mandatory work from office
