... very good MNC, they have many good projects and will provide affordable salary. So I have asked them to revise my package also they gave me very good package. So i joined here and I felt that onboarding and induction process were MNC standard. Company visibility is very low that's why many of them not aware this company. As per the project which I was allocated all my teammates are very friendly and they have more experienced. I have started learning more technologies. As i have joined newly i don't know about appraisal, onsite opportunity, other employee benefits.

Not only in UST when employees are joining virtually if they having trouble to reach respective team for their problems and sort it out is getting frustrated. Addressing solutions for employee is too delayed. This review will be changeable depends on upcoming days

Good avenues for learning. Job security is there as you can find multiple projects

Compensation offered is not at par with other companies. Career growth and promotions is not adequate motivation for employees.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology

Compensation are not satisfactory and not equal so much of internal politics. I have to attend client calls from early morning till late at night.

No job security and policies keep changing.. they will provide variable pay in offer letter but it won’t come in hand.. it will b communicated as employee need to b active at the time payout and so on
