...not a legal office. It is a political party office where there is only politics. Salary is never on time. Always delayed. Trust me when I am saying as I am an ex employee. They will never issue offer letter or pay slips. Also they lie to their customers in order to suck money out of them. The Marketing head and the Admin head are the two people who are always into politics and very arrogant. They will like you if you butter them from morning till evening. Please guys d not waste your career by joining here. If you are already working here leave the company as soon as possible.

I don't like to work over here but I'm working here to clear my outstanding salary & to survive in this crucial situation.

The management team have no value for employees. Even in this crucial situation we have to beg our salary from them.

Joining to working 7 day no Salary, after if you continue Salary will be next month 10 to 15 days. If you left the organization, then you will not been paid your working days salary.

First of all I would like to mention that this is a perfect company for your self growth and career enhancement. The work load is not immense here as compared to any other companies. There is no target based job here and no one is going to force you to do your job continuously. I have been working here for almost an year and is highly satisfied with their culture.

I am a lawyer and I started working in Upturn as a fresher. It has been 8 months and I have learnt way too much about legal matters. They are very good in teaching and make you a perfectionist. Their office timing is also very good. Just love working here.
