Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Anti people policies,salary can start from even 8100 p.m. in operations(less than facilities),worst transport,Pyramidal job promotions they want you to remain at bottom of pyramid,PF is included in salary, you will receive your First incentive after 9 months

Dislikes

No proper hikes, no growth, company is focusing on cost cutting to earn more money and removing all benefits to the employees. No market corrections.They will make us to do night shifts but won't pay night allowances, all companies are working for 9hrs but uhg is of 9.5hrs.
