Earlier the management was really centralised & concern about the rapport but after word tis grown PATHATIC

Dislikes

Aishwarya was on of the worst manager I ever worked with her as for every employee who looks for growth will try to diminish the talent. She is a TOXIC person. Also recent story of layoff 4300 employee from India was worst case. Do not join this organisation and for sure if your leader is Aishwarya

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Well, mostly it's the work culture that attract folks towards UHG else company has gone downhill wrt new folks that have been hired

Dislikes

Not really a good place to begin working at, highly demotivating and downskilling environment here.
