Zero work life balance. If you are in sales, you have no life and on ground employees are treated like puppets. They don’t want to make their employees lives easy and the management which think of themselves like gods just because they have been in the company for decades treat you like they own you. Either get a role higher up or just don’t. Because higher up money is good.There is no culture. Don’t know why the HR exists. Company has no culture. People are selfish and think about their targets and there is no culture of collaboration but of intense competition.
