1. Forget about salary hike in this company. For first year it will be around 1 or 2 percent. For subsequent, it will be around 5%. 2. Forget about promotion. There is no time limit and people wait for at least 5 or more year so they can be promoted . 3. People with no technical knowledge will hamper your timeline. 4. No HR interaction.

...tric organization. Always recommended Barclays and CITI comparing to UBS and CS They will hire you with higher salary then within few months they will throw you out of the job on the ground of performance.

Good Personal policies, organisations pay good attention to employees needs. Travel arrangements, insurance, other benefits.

Dislikes

Work culture is very bad. Growth and promotion is arbitrary. Same applies to remuneration as well. People are insecure and thus very bad working environment. Can't challenge basic rules.

Terrible work culture Treats of being fired by senior manager even if you are average at your performance ratings Terrible environment and frequent conflicts in communication is evident Poor collaboration and terrible in team bonding Promotions are not based on performance but on seniority and relationship with your senior manager even if the employee is incompetent
